Equipped with over 100 production machines, it offers one-stop services from manufacturing to sales. With a factory area of 7,000 square meters, it can meet the daily production needs of a wide range of customers. The company produces and sells products such as cold heading screws (rod-shaped cold-formed parts), nuts (hole-shaped cold-formed parts), machined parts, stamped parts, and zinc alloy die-cast parts, adhering to national standards as well as non-standard and custom-shaped specifications from China, the UK, the US, Germany, and Japan.

With advanced international equipment such as Taiwan's multi-station nut cold heading machines (hole-type cold forming machines) and screw cold heading machines (rod-type cold forming machines), we possess a systematic and comprehensive production capacity covering the entire process. Utilizing high-grade steel wire and plates from China Steel and Baosteel, we specialize in the professional production and sales of cold heading screws (rod-type cold formed parts), nuts (hole-type cold formed parts), machined parts, stamped parts, and zinc alloy die-castings, including products that comply with national standards as well as non-standard irregular shapes under Chinese, British, American, German, and Japanese specifications.
Currently, the company's products have partially replaced imported components and are widely used in various fields such as machinery, electrical appliances, automobiles, motorcycles, sanitary fixtures, and furniture. The products are popular both domestically and internationally, offering direct one-on-one matching services to customers. We offer a one-stop manufacturing to sales service, operating an ISO9001 certified factory equipped with over 100 machines and a comprehensive in-house production process including wire drawing, cold heading, forging, heat treatment, and surface treatment. Our products include cold-headed screws, nuts, machined/stamped parts, and zinc die castings. We provide ODM/OEM services compliant with Chinese, British, American, German, and Japanese standards, or customize products based on customer-provided drawings (mold costs are separate). For non-standard custom orders, a 30%-50% deposit is required, with a minimum order quantity of 500 to 50,000 pieces. We guarantee on-time delivery, with options for local pickup or multimodal transport (road, rail, sea, air). Our professional testing services ensure product quality, and quality issues can be reported within one week, with a 24-hour response time, including third-party testing and return/exchange/repair services after defect confirmation. Regarding commercial terms, we accept cash payments from new customers and offer credit terms to established customers, and issue 16% VAT invoices.
